Emails can easily go astray, or you can find your organisation being spoofed - opening yourself up to legal risks and reputational harm. We offer an enterprise grade email configuration and monitoring service starting from as little as £50 per month.
How it works
The initial audit
We carry out a full audit of your email services, see where deliverability is failing, and which services may be misconfigured. We then work with your team to establish the strategy and rules going forward.
DNS, Keys and Policies
This allows us to establish a set of rules and policies within your DNS records that establishes how email services like Outlook, Gmail and Yahoo handle your emails and understand that they're safe, not spam, and not risky.
The monitoring phase
Once everything is configured, we receive reports from all the major email providers which helps inform us of who is sending emails on your behalf - we then check with you which is and isn't a valid service.
Securing and monitoring
At this point we can tell email services that everything has been carefully configured, what systems we use to send emails from, and tighten the policies they use to reduce the risk of your domains being spoofed by scammers.
Threat example 1
Your invoices are sent out with a 'pay here now' link. If your emails are poorly configured, it's possible for somebody to send invoices on your behalf with a link that goes to their payment page - or a form that steals the credit card details of your customers and uses it in other ways.
A well configured email policy eliminates this risk.
Threat example 2
You receive an email from a colleague. It asks you, by name, what the password is for your accounts software. Little known to you, the email was actually spoofed and came from a different server. This results in someone gaining access to your customer lists, accounts and more.
Reduce this risk with strict email policies and monitoring.
